Attorney Newman concentrates on legal issues that concern families, including divorce, child custody, wills, and residential real estate. His fifteen year practice as a private attorney is enhanced by his significant legal experience in the public sector and membership on public boards. He shares a highly professional and attractive office with five other independent attorneys and six support staff in a location just a minute off Route 128 (95) in Lexington.

Each case is handled personally by Attorney Newman, who truly gives every client and every case the individual attention they deserve. He is a skilled litigator but a committed negotiator, believing that most cases should be settled, but when the only settlement on which the parties can agree would be unfair, the case should be tried before a judge.
